Terms and Conditions

Your contribution acts as a contract between Sacred Echo and the pass holder. Upon entry, your pass will be exchanged for a wristband, which must be worn at all times. It allows passage on and off the site. Your pass may not be resold for profit or transferred for commercial advantage – doing so voids the pass and may result in denied entry or eviction.

Contribution constitutes a binding agreement between Sacred Echo and the pass holder (including volunteers, staff, contractors, stallholders, performers, and facilitators).

Terms of Contribution Include:

- Passes are non-refundable, even in cases of artist cancellations, adverse weather, COVID or health restrictions, or venue changes.

- You may distribute your pass for no more than the original price, but a valid name change must be made.

- Lost, stolen, or damaged passes will not be replaced.

- Your pass only grants access to designated gathering areas.

- Entry is only granted to those who accept these terms and gathering rules. Sacred Echo reserves the right to evict any person who does not comply.

- Bags and vehicles will be searched upon entry for prohibited items including glass and gas bottles.

- Gathering wristbands must be worn at all times.

- By attending, you grant Sacred Echo the right to use any photos or recordings of you for promotional purposes, in perpetuity.

- Sacred Echo is not responsible for transportation to/from the event.

- Some performances may contain language or content that may offend. Discretion is advised.

- Sacred Echo is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

- You participate at your own risk and acknowledge potential dangers, including injury or death. Medical treatment and/or evacuation may be arranged at your cost if required.

- Suitable footwear and clothing must be worn, and earplugs are recommended for loud areas. Sacred Echo is not liable for hearing damage.

- Pass holders release Sacred Echo from all liability for loss, injury, or death to the fullest extent permitted by law.

- Pass holders must stay within site boundaries. Leaving may result in trespass charges, and re-entry may not be permitted.

Liability Warning (Fair Trading Act 1999)

By participating in Sacred Echo activities, you waive your right to sue for death or injury resulting from negligence, except in cases of gross negligence as defined under the Fair Trading (Recreational Services) Regulations 2004.

Cancellation, Postponement & Pass Refund Policy

Passes are non-refundable. They may be transferred with a name change, and must match valid photo ID. If the event is postponed due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, passes will automatically transfer to the new date. If cancellation without postponement occurs, up to 80% of the booking price (less booking fees) may be refunded depending on event expenses incurred.
